Description
This is the key to getting the reflectometry workflow going on ISIS reflectometry instruments.
This will need to be implemented with the help of Rob Dalgleish.

The workflow has been updated. Instrument scientists are currently in the process of approving the new workflow, so the 'Orange Workflow' may now be invalid. This is an umbrella ticket which most of the reflectometry work for release 3.1 has been done for. For this purpose, I'm downgrading this to a critical ticket and moving it to 3.2. If the scientists verify the new workflow, then I will re-purpose this ticket for that workflow.

The original workflow provided by Rob has been replaced by one provided by Tim. This was an umbrella ticket anyway to start making changes. It is no longer valid.
