Description

According to Jon Taylor, running anything in the VSI leads to 100% utilisation across all cores!

I see this in Snow Leopard as well. I can get the full utilization to happen with the instrument view as well. My guess is this has something to do with OSX, OpenGL and Mantid. However, ParaView does not seem to be affected by this even when using our plugins.
