Create reduction script to LARMOR

To allow an easy interaction with Robert, it is good to have a wrapper to the current reduction that will make life easier for him to understand the steps that are being executed to reduce SANS data.

The file created is this one:

Instead of putting it in the mantid repository, I've uploaded it to the scriptrepository. It is available inside user/GesnerPassos folder.

Tester:

1 - This file depends on files that you will find inside ticket #8395. You will need to create the LARMOR files, and download the maskfile and the direct correction file.

2 - After the step 1, you will be able to run the larmor_reduction example. Just open it inside Mantid and run the entire file.

3 - Now, you should read the entire file and check that you can understand how the reduction is performed inside SANS instruments. I mean, what are the steps, what are the inputs. You are not supposed to understand what the steps does. But, which are the steps and in which order they are executed. The important thing here is that the user must be able to find where he should try to 'fix' running this script instead of running the original script. Besides, if he wants to add any step, it will be easier for him to do here, and them, we may put it inside the real reduction.

There is no point do this any more. We are already working on the reduction inside the framework. To be set invalid.
