qtiplot: Printing issues

Description

There are some problems with printing a graph from qtiplot.

The main one is that it prints the window the same size as you have it on the screen - so if you have the window maximised, this corresponds to being larger than a sheet of A4 and you get almost nothing.

Also, I had a plot where the data was mostly a horizontal line at the very top of the scale, with a dip in the middle - the flat line part didn't show in the plot.
