Kill sphinx warnings

Description

Clicking on the compiler warnings ​here shows warnings from Logger.rsr which comes from the Sphinx documentation.

They need fixing.

It turns out that an upgrade of Sphinx solves the warning issue.

Tester: There is no code to merge as simply upgrading sphinx was enough to remove the warnings.

Check ​here and see that there are no warnings related to .rst files

There are no longer any compiler warnings related to .rst files.
