[Bayes] Remove unused Fortran modules

Description

There are some compiled Fortran modules left over from when JumpFit Fortran based which now be removed. Both CEFit and SSFit can be removed.

Looks good, except I found a reference to a deleted module in a documentation string. Opened #8459 for that.
