Add title to GSAS (SaveGSS) files and include option to append

Description

They need a title line to be loaded in by later programs. We also want to be able to include all banks in the same file, even if they're in separate workspaces so either add an 'Append' option a la SaveRKH or overload the processGroups() method (or both).
