Description

It's not entrily clear what the autofill button on the ISIS reflectonomy GUI is actually supposed to do, as at present it doens't work.

Investigate what it should do, and if it's still needed.

Remove if not needed, fix if still required.

I now know what this does and is (for now) here to stay. May get removed if I end up implementing some MS Excel-style drag block copying, as what it does is copy the contents of highlighted cells to the cells below it, but only if a run number is present in that row.
