Description

The monitors for VISION are labelled as detectors rather than monitors.

Monitors now correctly marked on a LoadEmptyInstrument or a LoadInstrument over an existing workspace, but as LoadEventNexus takes the IDF from the nexus file this change needs to be sent to whoever will get it into new data files.
