To test:
- load TOPAZ empty instrument in a workspace, say w
- in the script interpreter, get the handle to one of the rectangular detectors,
i=mtd['w'].getInstrument()[22]
(bank 29) - there are very few options before to access the detector. Only getDistance, getFullName, getName, getPos, and type are available
- with the new changes, many more options are available. You can do things like
i[5][5].getName() i.idstart() i.xsize()
