Refl_gui Improvements - Finish testing page

I think this work is actually deserving of a ticket, that way I can also check that it looks right when complete.

1) Numbered bullet points for each step and sub-instruction

2) Data for use in testing need to be created, zipped up, and sent to me.

3) More screenshots. Note that in the http://www.mantidproject.org/VatesSimpleInterface_v2 example, Michael has been editing the screenshots, that way he can have fewer screenshots and refer to arrows etc in those screenshots throughout the text. One screenshot like this under your 'Options and Utilities' heading would go a long way to describing the subsequent features.

4) Add a link to the testing to the gui section at the end of this page ready for testing at the end of the week http://www.mantidproject.org/Unscripted_Manual_Testing

5) Modify all reflectometry tickets to have a link to this page in their description, and to their test section if they are complete awaiting verification.

Follow the instructions on the pages.

You should be aware that I have an Autistic Spectrum Disorder and have some problems with wording things sometimes, so special attention should be paid to the spelling, grammar, possible alternative interpretations, and inferences made in the writing. I have used assistive software to help me, but things can slip through.

Re-opening for testing by another developer as requested by Keith.

I didn't ask it to be re-opened, I actually asked for it to be returned to the pool as Jay has used the interface before when testing and followed an incomplete version of this.

Ideally this should be tested by a native English speaker to check for any grammatical and interpretation errors, but at the very least the tester should be someone who has never used this interface before at all.
