Description
Running FuryFitMult adds a sample log called intensities_constrained. This is ambiguous as there are two options on the interfaces that refer to constraints and this refers to the less intuitive one.

To Tester
The output file of FuryFit should now contain two logs. One for the "constrain intensities" option on the interface and one for the "constrain beta over all q" option (called constrain beta). Check they are present in the sample logs and that they match the value of the options.

Two log values now appear (intensities_constrained & beta_constrained) in the sample logs, and match their values (user input) accordingly.
The functionality works as expected. However, the commit on comment:3 is not in the branch, which needs to be addressed.
