The Mac MantidPlot build is in debug rather than release

Description

All the changes to the qtiplot.pro have ended up making the Mac build be in debug by default (without even an option to issue a 'make release' instead). The MantidQt build does appear to be in release, even though it uses the debug directory to store its object files.

(In [3885]) Make sure the Qt-related stuff builds in release mode on the Mac and not debug. Re #883.
