Description
User requested:
I was watching Ann run a new version of Mantid on LOQ earlier and noticed that there is a time slice box on the first tab of the GUI.
Is this for event mode slicing? If so, it has no meaning for LOQ, we do not currently have the ability to do event mode. In which case can this box be removed from view for LOQ, please?

Tester:
- Open SANS ISIS interface.
- Change the instrument to LOQ check that the disappears.
- Change to SANS2D or LOQ and check that they appear again.
Now is the time to try to break it!
- Open SANS ISIS interface.
- Change the instrument to SANS2D.
- Put a string inside the event slicing.
- Change the instrument to LOQ.
- Load systemtests/Data/LOQ/MASK.094AA mask file.
- Load the batch_input.csv file in batch mode.
- Run the 1d reduction.
- It should go smoothly without trying to slice the data.
- Change to SANS2D instrument and your string should still be there.
