Crash: Instrument window remains open after deleting workspace

Description

Steps:

  1. LoadRaw
  2. View instrument window
  3. delete workspace
  4. Change max colour map range on instrument window
  5. Run for cover

We should close the instrument window if the dependent workspace is removed.
