Muon nexus HDF4 fils won't load on Windows 64

Description

This is because we don't have a 64 bit version of the HDF4 library. The HDF group do not provide it. We would have to compile it ourselves from source.

This is not going to be done. Reports from other groups on the web suggest that this is far from trivial and they have given up after several days effort. The only users of HDF4 are the muon instruments and RIKEN facility, and they have so few detectors that they have no need for the benefit of 64Bit Mantid.
