IndirectBayes: Convert JumpFit input to HWHM.

Description
Spotted by Franz and confirmed by Spencer. This was missed in the change over from using HWHM to FWHM. JumpFit expects HWHM as input, but both Quasi and ConvFit output FWHM. We can just divide the input by two and, for Teixeira after fitting, length becomes sqrt(6*length) for output.

To Test
- Check that running JumpFit with the output from the Quasi or ConvFit interface now outputs the fit and data in the resulting workspace as HWHM
- Be sure to check this with all available fit functions.
