Description
The default value in C++ is "YZX", this needs to be re-exposed to python.
Also, document that the "universal" goniometer is "YZY" in python.

This is on feature/9219_goniometer.py.
To test:
- Load something that has a goniometer (like a TOPAS file)
- a=wksp.run().getGoniometer()
- help(a)
- print a.getEulerAngles()
- print a.getEulerAngles("YZY")
