Inconsistency in dealing with sample geometry details

Description

The raw and nexus files include details about the sample geometry, size and shape. The SANS group explicitly use this in their analysis but given that it is in the raw/nexus file, should we be loading/saving this by default?

RKH would like to use processed nexus files to saved summed runs together so for him reloading needs to give him back the correct sample geometry.
