Description
Monitor number for let have changed after two doors were added and though ei1 monitor number in new LET_parameter file have changes normalization monitor number have not. Reduction will fail if one tries to normalize by monitor.
should be the same as ei1

The value of normalization monitor has changed to match thefirst spectra number (ei1) as expected. The descriptions added to flux normalization and file name changes make sense. All tests pass. Closing.
