Description

Could be implemented using boost units. TimeSeriesProperty first. Would then go about modifying the Mantid Unit type to include a convertable quantity. Needs to be hooked up into plotting. May affect the Dimensions of MDWorkspaces. TimeSeriesProperty should be done first.
