We need to account for the different installation path. It's done for nightly but not for unstable.

Re #9330. Set path correctly for testing on mantidunstable package.

Re #9330. Generalise the debian installer search string.

So that it can find nightly and unstable packages.

Re #9330. Path configuration for unstable/nightly on Ubuntu.

Tester: The branch is in the systemtests repo.

Test mainly by inspection and by observing that the new develop system test jobs are working for RHEL6 & Ubuntu where previously they didn't.
