Description

An new algorithm called LoadDetectorInfo will take as arguments a workspace and filename. To be completed with unit tests by 9/10/09

(In [3306]) LoadDetectorInfo is a new algorithm that adds information like gas pressure and offset times to the detector propertymap. Minor fixes for GroupDetectors and a the start of a script that will correct for detector efficiency variation refs #941 and #777 and #841

(In [3357]) IDetector now inherits from IObjComponent and I implemented adjustment of TOF X-values for the neutron detection delay times of detectors in LoadDetectorInfo refs #941
