Fix facility check message in DgsReduction

Description

In DgsReduction, the message that the facility check makes needs to point at info.facility.name() instead of defaultFacility.name().

To test: Set the default facility to be ISIS (or SNS) and then run the DgsReduction algorithm via the Algorithm window. Run a SNS (or ISIS) file/run and the error message generated should now make sense.
