Intergrate Mantid funcionality into the MantidPlot menus and tool bars

Description

This is quite a big task to go through each menu and tool bar and think how this applies to Mantid and the Mantid objects:

  • Workspace
  • Workspace Matrix
  • Mantid line graph
  • Mantid contour plot
  • Instrument view

Mantid needs to be much better integrated. For example File\load and File\Save should work for Raw and Nexus Files.
