Description

We have a strong requirement to bundle the IPython notebook with Mantid. This is not going to be feasible for the 3.2 release of Mantid! We should however create help page documentation on how to install ipython on our target frameworks, and how to get it working with Mantid.

I may download this from Blocker later. But I want to keep it on the Radar for now.

Do we not already have Ipython bundled on mac and windows. I think there was a wiki page created for linux.

It turns out that our bundles don't have everything that would make this easy so I'm pushing it back to 3.3
