Reported by: Nick Draper Owned by: Roman Tolchenov
Priority: critical Milestone: Iteration 24

Blocking: Tester: Anders Markvardsen

Description

Create an algorithm that will fit the same peak across multiple datasets. Then create an output dataset of a chosen peak parameter vs a log value.

Parameters

  • input workspace (groups only)
  • workspace index
  • Optimisation (Individual, Sequential)
  • Peak Fn
  • height
  • width
  • peak centre
  • Log value (default to using the workspace name)
  • Peak parameter (height, witdth, peak centre, or user entered peak Fn parameter)

Code for checking wether workspace groups were acceptable had to be pulled as it was causing crashes. Talk to Martyn for more details.

Also we want to present to the users differently as we discussed. The current implmentation was a bit 'hidden' and required all of the data to be loaded into workspaces in advance.

(In [5032]) Added SequentialFitDialog to MantidPlot as a GUI to PlotPeakByLogValue algorithm. PlotPeakByLogValue can accept file names as well as workspace names as its input. re #974

(In [5039]) Changed LoadMuonNexus2 so that SpectraMin and SpectraMax mean spectra numbers, not workspace indices. re #974

Crash do the following: Open HRP39182.raw. Then plot wi=100. Then click on Sequence plot. Add some other workspace to "sequence plot window" and then press fit
