Problem with LoadNexusProcessed and distribution data

When saving a spectrum that is a distribution into a Nexus file and reading it back, it does not allow you to convert back from the distribution to a histogram, this info seems lost in the nexus.

This looks like on the surface we are not saving or loading the IsDistribution flag.
