Refresh Filter List When RegEx Checkbox is Toggled

Description

Currently, the filtered "list of workspaces" is repopulated with an updated list whenever the "Filter" field is edited. It would be nice to extend this so that it is also repopulated when the "RegEx" checkbox is toggled, since a user who has filled in a regex filter and then checks "RegEx" has to then go back to the field and make a change for the filter to be applied.
