Revise Indirect Wiki pages

Description
The wiki pages for the indirect interfaces are fairly out of date and as the interfaces are in the process of being updated it would make sense to update the Wiki along side this.

Pretty much every interface will need a new screenshot since the Python export button was added.

These pages will be replaced with #10711 soon.
However in the mean time check that the pages for IDA, IDR, Bayes and Indirect Diffraction are a reasonable representation of the current state of the interfaces in Mantid.

- IDR is correct, except for some updates required in for the Calibration tab.
- Bayes is correct.
- IDA's documentation is noticeably different throughout. Many options have been renamed, removed, added, or rearranged. The screenshots are also significantly different to the interface as it currently stands.
- Indirect Diffraction is up to date.
- Indirect Simulation does not document the Sassena tab

The Sassena UI is still a work in progress and as it is it does nothing more than what the LoadSassena algorithm does so will not benefit from a Wiki page right now.
The screenshots for IDA have been updated and some fitting related options corrected.
