Convert to Mantid algorithms and write suitable using tests.
This is an umbrella ticket for each algorithm the needs to be converted.

- CreateCalibrationWorkspace (Calibration)
- resolution (Calibration)
- inelastic_indirect_reducer (C2E)
- loadNexus (IndirectCommon) (C2E)

- TimeSlice (slice - Diagnostics)
- IndirectTransmissionMonitor (IndirectTrans - Transmission)
- InealsticIndirectReducer (inelastic_indirect_reducer - Energy Transfer)
- CreateCalibrationWorkspace (Calibration)
- loadNexus (moved to IndirectTab UI)
- getReflectionDetails (moved to UI)
