Remove LET2014 system test from system tests

The test takes long time to run and fully replaced by LET2015 test except seems use_hard_mask only option is investigated by 2014only.

This should be clarified, missed logic tested on, say MARI, and test itself removed from system tests folder and runs.

Re #11217 Mainly pylint changes

In addition, masking long has been removed as it was showing incorrect value and creating single spurious workspace
