ConvertToEnergy GUI does not update file extension

Description

When I unselect SPE and select NXSPE, the filename in output options displays teh extension spe, but it will save as nxspe.

The is down to the way that the GUI/Python scripts name the output. Feel free to have a look at how to modify it.
