Initial version of VISION IDF. refs #2811

This version includes the diffraction detectors in the correct position (to the information I have at the moment)

The inelastic detectors are (almost) in their correct physical positions. They need rotating so that the tubes axis are pointing towards the sample position.

Refs #2811. Corrected X-axis direction.

I had the x-axis pointed in the opposite direction. The views now match the ISAW views of the NeXus files.

There are some issues with the parameters in these files that will need addressing (e.g. assumes detectors numbers are sequential with no gaps)

Added neutronic positions for diffraction detectors.

  • This is done by adding the same position offset for the tube and pixel to the low level objects (tube / 8-pack)

Rotated inelastic banks to have the correct orientation.

The equitorial detectors where rotated by 180 degrees. Banks 13 and 14 were off by 10 degrees.

Swapped positions of high angle elastic banks. refs #2811

The banks at 4 and 10 o'clock (when looking back towards the moderator) are now swapped.
