Add version number to Windows installer filenames

Description

...as we do for mac & linux install kits.

Also, standardise whether the "M" is capitalised or not in the filename.

NOTE: The version number has been present in the installer for a long time, so this doesn't need any testing. The installer name was changed due to popular request.

The branch is ​here.

To test: Check the diff. If you are feeling interested, look at the ISIS Windows incremental develop jobs to see that the installer name has changed.
