This can be done as part of building the rpm kit - see #529

(In [2295]) Final tweaks.

RPM kit can now be built either from a fresh subversion copy or form the local build tree using the make_rpm.sh command - see README.txt

After the rpm kit is copied to yum.isis.rl.ac.uk it is now possible to just type yum install Mantid

A tar.gz file of the mantid source code is also created
