Tester:

Run MantidPlot, open Muon Analysis interface. Load a Muon instrument run file, e.g. AutoTestData/MUSR00015189.nxs. Make some plots by changing e.g. Group/Group Pair and Plot type parameters and clicking Plot button. Then go to the Data Analysis tab. Try to change the Workspace parameter and make sure that the according plot is shown (even if it was closed) and has PP tool assigned to it (blue stripped lines).

Note that the plot might be drawn in an unexpected place, which is a problem of MantidPlot and has nothing to do with this ticket.
