This could actually be done in release week, but MUST be done before we announce the next release of Mantid.

You can reuse some of the text, or screenshots from #8756 http://www.mantidproject.org/Using_ISIS_Reflectometry_GUI. But we want a nice, up-to-date, user friendly page that describes all the great features you have worked on and fixed for the current release.

The current out-of-date page for these instructions is here http://www.mantidproject.org/ISIS_Reflectometry_GUI. Update this page. You should also indicate on the page what version of the GUI these instructions relate to.

I've made some minor tweaks, but this is good. Some of the pending functionality should be implemented in time for the release.
