This affects ReflectometryReductionOne and CreateTransmissionWorkspace, but is an easy fix.

ReflectometryReductionOneAuto actually requires too much input if transmission runs are given. The binning information and overlap range should be filled in from defaults in the IDF. The non-auto version should enable one to overwrite those defaults. In addition it is not clear that those fields refer to the stitching of transmission runs or whether they should be given in wavelength.
