Make it possible to model the baseline by specifying anchor points

Description

The initial implementation will allow to model the baseline by providing ranges of the data which the fit routine will use.

Another approach to this task would be to specify a few "anchor" points, interactively on the plot. These points would then be used in the fit instead of the original data.

This should probably be implemented as another "mode" of the baseline modelling, allowing scientists to choose whether they prefer this approach, or the initial range-based one.
