Occasional crash of SANS centre-finding routine

Description

Richards reports regular crashes of this, with some cryptic error message. It always seems to happen within the Rebin algorithm, and I believe only when time bins have been masked. I've just been able to reproduce this on a SANS (1674) dataset, though I only get a 'regular' error message ("Mantid has experienced a problem....").

This would probably be a lot easier to solve if we could get Python working in the debug version of MantidPlot...

Incidentally, this was because some of the masking code was not thread-safe. This is fixed now - see ticket #1093.
