Bugfix: Issue when deleting peaks workspace from Splatterplot in VSI

Description

Mantid crashes when reloading a deleted peaks workspace.

To produce the error:

  1. Load an event workspace and switch into SPLATTERPLOT view
  2. Load a peak workspace into the VSI
  3. Delete the workspace in the pipeline browser of the VSI
  4. Load the peak workspace into the VSI again.
