Generic load throws unexpected exception if input file is event nexus and 'Inclue' option is provided for monitors

Description

Try 

ws=Load(Filename='LET00006278.nxs',LoadMonitors='Include')

(the file in system tests Data folder)

It throws unexpected extension.

Should log into warning level and load monitors separately.

The load is used within direct inelastic workflow and I've found nice solution to avoid it by catching correspondent exception, so importance of this fix become extremely low.
