IDF outline="yes" breaks geometry cylinder direction

Description
Load attached IDF which contain one cylinder which should point along the z-axis but is pointing along the x-axis (in instrument view zoom out and the cylinder is alinged along the red line, i.e. the x-axis)
The reason for this is the one use of outline="yes".
To see this in the attached file comment out line 47 and insert line 48 and load this IDF into Mantid
