Investigate defining purpose of a run during data capture

Description

Define whether the run is direct beam, vanadium. Needs to be written up at the data collection point. Would make auto reduction easier. (May have keys in the IDF that define fields in the nexus format to read to get these)

This will need to be done at all facilities

Estimate to cover an initial design for additional meta information is tagged and initial talks with facilties: 1 month (I can see this going on for a lot longer though)
