Correct detector positions

• When we create our virtual group detector, how do the averaged positions get calculated? Report this back to reflectometry group.
• Document what the Workflow algorithms (keyed from ReflectometryReductionOne) are doing about position correction. The actual behaviour is a simple pure vertical position correction. This needs to be made absolutely crystal clear in all documentation for associated algorithms.
