Delete Peaks in proximity

So that we can delete peaks under a cursor, we need to be able to map from the cursor position, to our natural coordinate system, and then pick out any peaks which fall into this region. The changes here will affect the ConcretePeaksPresenter and also some of the concrete peaks shape types.
