Problem with solidangle when loading raw INES file

Description

After loading INS raw file and run SolidAngle unexpected result is obtained.

(In [4477]) Renamed INES IDF from INS_Definition.xml to INES_Definition.xml - otherwise it is not picked up when loading a INES raw file. Also improvement the information sent to user when an IDF is not found. Refs #1249
