MantidPlot: Make the console window visible if there's an error to report

Description

The log window appears if an error goes to the Mantid log, but the same thing doesn't happen in the case of the scripting console window. This can lead to people reporting that things like the SANS gui "just stops" or "doesn't do anything" because they don't know to look at this window.
