Show list of events in the Table view, for EventWorkspace

Description

The table view ('show data') currently shows only the histogrammed representation, in the case of an EventWorkspace. It would be helpful if an extra tab were added and each pixel's (spectrum's) list of events were visible.

The # of events varies for each pixel, so a 2D table would probably not be appropriate. Perhaps a separate dialog ('Show Events') would be better.
